Cancellation Policy
Honors Court Hoops – Refund, Cancellation & Late Policy First off, thank you for choosing Honors Court Hoops! We truly appreciate every athlete and family who trusts us to be part of their development journey. This policy isn’t about penalties, it’s about respecting everyone’s time and making sure we can serve as many athletes as possible who are eager to train. Cancellations (More Than 12 Hours Notice): If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 12 hours before your scheduled session. There’s no charge, and we’ll gladly help you find another time that fits. Cancellations (Less Than 12 Hours Notice): If a session is canceled within 12 hours, a 50% session charge will apply, and a new session must be booked and paid for to reschedule. Trainer Discretion: We understand that life happens. The 50% charge may be waived at the trainer’s discretion in case of emergencies or unavoidable situations. Late Policy: Please do your best to arrive on time so you can get the full value of your session. If an athlete arrives more than 15 minutes late, a late fee (TBD) may be added, and the session may be shortened based on the remaining time available.
